INJECTION BLOW MOULDING MACHINE

Injection Blow Moulding is used for the production of hollow objects in large quantities. The main applications are bottles, jars and other containers. The Injection Blow Moulding Process produces bottles of superior visual and dimensional quality compared to extrusion blow moulding. The process is ideal for both narrow and wide-mouthed containers and produces them fully finished with no flash.

SINGLE STAGE PET PROCESS

Single Stage Pet Process is a process which makes PET Granules to Preforms & subsequently converts preforms into Bottles & Containers. Since the Single Stage Process has fewer blemishes & accurate neck dimensions, it is ideal for quality & quantity production.

EXTRUSION BLOW MOULDING MACHINE

Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) is a process where plastic is melted and extruded into a hollow tube (a parison). This parison is then captured by closing it into a cooled metal mould. Air is then blown into the parison, inflating it into the shape of the hollow bottle, container, or part. Extrusion Blow Moulding produces hollow three dimensional articles from thermoplastic materials such as, HDPE, LDPE, PP materials which are available as granules or powders.

INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE

Injection Moulding Process produces large number of parts of high quality with great accuracy. Very quickly plastic material, in the form of granules, is melted until soft enough to be injected under pressure to fill a mould. The result is that the shape is exactly copied. Once the plastic moulding has cooled sufficiently to harden, the mould opens releasing the part. The whole injection moulding process then repeats.

EBM processes may be either continuous (constant extrusion of the parison) or intermittent. Types of EBM equipment may be categorized as follows:

Continuous extrusion equipment

Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM), plastic is melted and extruded into a hollow tube (a parison). This parison is then captured by closing it into a cooled metal mold. Air is then blown into the parison, inflating it into the shape of the hollow bottle, container, or part. After the plastic has cooled sufficiently, the mold is opened and the part is ejected.[2] Continuous and Intermittent are two variations of Extrusion Blow Molding. In Continuous Extrusion Blow Molding the parison is extruded continuously and the individual parts are cut off by a suitable knife. In Intermittent blow molding there are two processes: straight intermittent is similar to injection molding whereby the screw turns, then stops and pushes the melt out. With the accumulator method, an accumulator gathers melted plastic and when the previous mold has cooled and enough plastic has accumulated, a rod pushes the melted plastic and forms the parison. In this case the screw may turn continuously or intermittently.[3] with continuous extrusion the weight of the parison drags the parison and makes calibrating the wall thickness difficult. The accumulator head or reciprocating screw methods use hydraulic systems to push the parison out quickly reducing the effect of the weight and allowing precise control over the wall thickness by adjusting the die gap with a parison programming device.

AUTO STICKERING MACHINE

The Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine is used for full/ partial wrap around labeling on different size and shape of bottles like PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP etc. It is widely used in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and Food Products Industry. It is capable of labeling up to 50 to 60 bottles per minute depending on products and label size. The machine is Manual, Semi Automatic & fully automatic and equipped with roller spacing device.

AUTO SHRINKING APPLICATOR

Automatic Shrink Applicator provides automatic shrink label on bottle. This technology is used to wrap the label perfectly around the bottle & then the bottle is passed through a heating tunnel where the shrink wrap is fixed to the bottle with the help of melting gum strip. Also automatic shrink applicator is checked on different characteristics to ensure that defect-free products are delivered at clients' premises.

Manufacturing Facility

25000 Sq. feet with all area quota flooring to assure cleanliness throughout the factory.
We have imported IBM machines in fully dustproof class, one lakh area with WHO system. This facility is available for manufacturing of Eye Drop Bottles.

Machine Capacity

We have huge capacity to produce blow as well as injection moulded articles with quality.
The injection moulding machines ranges from 80 ton – 150 ton.
Blow moulding machine ranges from 250ml – 1000ml. In blow moulding we have Double Head– Double Station Machines.
We have Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) machines imported from China.
We also have In-house automatic cap assemblies for fitting rings and wads.

Future Expansion

We are coming up with our new production unit at Silvassa by Dec 2016 with the capacity of 75000 Sq. Feet which accounts to be 3 times the existing capacity.

In the world of modern packaging, plastic products play an important & major part. Without plastics, packaging industry may find it very difficult to manage their field. New techniques are being introduced in plastic moulding & products and it is our continuous efforts to improve & diversify our product range. Whereby we have introduced new technologies which are cutting edge namely IBM (Injection Blow Moulding) & IML (In Mould Labeling).

There are arrangements for online leak check on all the 3 IBMs' for making 100% leak proof products.
Fully Air-Conditioned plant with positive air pressure ensures dust-free products from the IBM. With 8 in house Auto Screen Printing M/C and one fully automatic 2 stage UV printing machine intricate artwork can be printed on the container's surface. 20 Blow Moulding M/C's with a combination of single, double and triple head in single and double station with auto deflashing arrangement help us to cater to variety of products ranging from 5 ml to 1 ltr.
